There are a number of reports out about people spending too much time on the internet and playing video games. I know I spend a tremendous amount of time on the internet, but I do make sure I get away from my computer and my Blackberry (yes that counts too) and spend quality time with my family. Also it’s important to have time alone to clear my thoughts and refocus and recharge.

Having lost 65 lbs about 2 yrs ago I am constantly battling to keep it off and even though I tend to slack at times (I am up close to 10 lbs at this point). I do find that spending an hour at the gym gives me that time alone to clear my head.
When I am in the office working I may keep my iPod on and with one earpiece in I will listen to interesting podcasts (audiobooks or sermons) but what enables me to clear my head and focus on working out is music.
I decided to put together the ultimate Christian Music workout playlist and I was hoping that people would contribute to the list to help me keep my goals.
Here is the current playlist for my workout. Let me know what you think and feel free to suggest new songs as well.
